Literacy is the ability to read and write and whenever I think of literacy, I think of the place we go to become literate -- school. In today's world, diversity, technology and security are easily linked to literacy.
Literacy Is important when we talk about diversity, technology and security. These three words have very different meanings in different contexts and if one is literate they would be able to use diversity, technology and security in a responsible and wise manner.
