These three reports, mercer, world economic forum and gates all cover diversity and inclusion in the workplace however, they are different in the way the collated data.
The Mercer report consisted of 1,157 organizations, 54 countries and 2.8 million women globally. All of this data which appears to be collected by themselves. Their statistics for the internal labor market shows that 60% of its employees are male while 40% of its employees are female. In addition to these numbers, the report shows that the higher positions in the workplace are occupied by men(70%) and most of the people in these higher positions are white(80%). These numbers were expected, but it was still surprising to me to be able to see this gap displayed.
The work economic forum 's report was based on the 2020 gender gap.
