Steven Fullwood talked to us about the Soul of Reason which was a radio show that aired from 1971-1986. The radio show was hosted by Dr. Roscoe Brown and hosted different types of people from politicians to writers. The chapter I was assigned to transcribe on the Soul of Reason was an interview with Mr. Butler Henderson about the Earl Warren legal training program of the NAACP which recruits and trains black lawyers.
My experience with Konch was good. The only difficulty I had was trying to figure out what to type when the two speakers happened to speak over each other. It was a good exercise and I enjoyed listening and transcribing.
Konch related to diversity and technology because it makes it more accessible to people that may have difficulties listening to the show or that need to go back to reference some segments.
