Performance and gamification can impact Diversity and Technology issues. The D&T game show showed that a lot of games are centered around different issues in society. For example, Monopoly is a game that focuses on the socio-economic part of life. The aim of the game is to build wealth and buy property. Like the real world, some people have advantages over others due to the amount of wealth they have accumulated. this mimics real life issues and circumstances and can often times highlight the wealth gap in society. The NYU verbatim performance lab is a good example of how people may be able to identify a speaker's identity rather than how they speak.
